I feel energized to be with you on this topic with my new post.
So the second prerequisite to be a leader is an ability to make people feel that if they followand stay close, they can expect a bright fututre.
The third prerequisite for a leadership is not only to have the power to open up a bright future,but also to have enough past achievements to convince others of your standing. It hardly matterswhat kind of life you have led,people look to the way you have overcome difficulties you have faced,finding the qualities of outstanding leadership there.
If you look at the lives of great historicals figures, you will notice that very few came from privileged backgrounds.
Even if they had the blessings of being born into good circumstances,at the same point in their lives , the tides of fortune always turned and they suffered and severe setback or faced adversity.
No matter what happens in your life , you can always find something positive,and turn any situation in advantage.
Finally their is no such thing as crisis or hardship.only a continuous series of opportunity !!!!!!!!!!
