So to be an outstanding leader , you need to be able to point others in the right direction.
Many people in the world are uncertain of how to make the best use of their abilities. their money and time.
A leader must be able to explain future trends and what people need to do in the present ,concisely and accurately, and this the motto of those who have truly awakened ,and also to be a leader ,what you need to do ,this is the only theme of this post today and in further 3-4 posts of my blog.
First you must always be able to see the future.
You must be able to see atleast one or two steps further than others.
We know, people regard someone who is more able to predict the outcome of events as outstanding or possessing exceptional abilities.In the same way that a very tall person is able to see much further than anyone else.
I say that ability to see into the future is one prerequisite for leadership, but alone this is not enough,because only telling about the possibility of failure or other things will not make you prmanent leader, you must also have solution for the same.
I have gone through such situation and I had to see a big face of failure and i was depressed but now I believe in solutions as soon as I come to know about problem.
